You can cancel your e-transfer in National Bank in one of the following ways:
- in online banking:
- log in
- switch to "Overview" from the Menu
- click "Money sent"
- choose the ones with a "Pending" status
- choose the needed transfer
- click "Cancel"
- follow the prompts
- in the mobile app:
- log in
- switch to "My transfers" from the Menu
- tap "See all transfers"
- choose the desired transfer
- click "Cancel"
- follow the prompts
You can cancel only accepted by recipients transfers, the bank fee to cancel an operation is 3,50 AUD.
