How do I cancel an e-transfer in National Bank of Canada?

See how to cancel your e-transfer in National Bank

You can cancel your e-transfer in National Bank in one of the following ways:

- in online banking:

  1. log in
  2. switch to "Overview" from the Menu
  3. click "Money sent"
  4. choose the ones with a "Pending" status
  5. choose the needed transfer
  6. click "Cancel"
  7. follow the prompts

 - in the mobile app:

  1. log in
  2. switch to "My transfers" from the Menu
  3. tap "See all transfers"
  4. choose the desired transfer
  5. click "Cancel"
  6. follow the prompts

You can cancel only accepted by recipients transfers, the bank fee to cancel an operation is 3,50 AUD.
