How do I make e-transfers in Coast Capital?

To make Coast Capital INTERAC e-transfers, a client should:

  1. sign in to the NetBank
  2. click on Transfer Money
  3. select Send INTERAC e-Transfer
  4. choose the recipient in e-Transfer from, or add a counterparty by entering his name, mobile number, or email. You should point out a security question and answer that only you and the counterparty know
  5. choose the way of sending money: mobile number, email, or both
  6. choose the account to be debited
  7. fill in the sum of the financial operation
  8. confirm the transaction

Coast Capital sending e-transfer fee is 1,5 CAD.

To receive INTERAC e-Transfers in Coast Capital, a customer should:

  1. press the link, sent by a text message or email from the sender
  2. scroll to the credit union drop-down on the INTERAC website
  3. select British Columbia
  4. choose Coast Capital Savings
  5. press "Deposit"
  6. sign in to the NetBank of Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union
  7. answer the security question
  8. choose the account for crediting money

Coast Capital e-Transfer receiving fee is 0 CAD.
