To make Coast Capital INTERAC e-transfers, a client should:
- sign in to the NetBank
- click on Transfer Money
- select Send INTERAC e-Transfer
- choose the recipient in e-Transfer from, or add a counterparty by entering his name, mobile number, or email. You should point out a security question and answer that only you and the counterparty know
- choose the way of sending money: mobile number, email, or both
- choose the account to be debited
- fill in the sum of the financial operation
- confirm the transaction
Coast Capital sending e-transfer fee is 1,5 CAD.
To receive INTERAC e-Transfers in Coast Capital, a customer should:
- press the link, sent by a text message or email from the sender
- scroll to the credit union drop-down on the INTERAC website
- select British Columbia
- choose Coast Capital Savings
- press "Deposit"
- sign in to the NetBank of Coast Capital Savings Federal Credit Union
- answer the security question
- choose the account for crediting money
