The customer can dispute credit card transactions within 30 days from their date, for example, in the following cases:
- the fee sum is incorrect
- the financial operation was not authorized
- the commission was charged twice for the same operation
- you don't recognize the fee
- the paid item was not delivered and you could not resolve this issue with the seller
- the commission was charged for a service that was previously deactivated
To dispute a charge a client should call 1-844-837-9228 or visit the nearest branch of Bank of Montreal.
