A customer can receive notifications on the mobile app, email, or SMS messages about financial operations on his banking accounts.
You will also receive a message in case of suspicious transactions on your account, for example, an incorrectly entered PIN code, as well as other financial events, like a lack of funds to pay the bank commission.
To set up his BMO alerts a customer should:
- in the mobile app:
- log in to the application
- tap More menu
- choose "Alerts"
- check your details
- choose "Quick Setup"
- select the alerts you desire to receive
- in Internet banking
- log in to Internet banking
- press "My Profile"
- click left menu
- choose "My Alerts"
- choose the alerts you want to get
The bank does not charge the BMO alerts.
