How do I write a CIBC cheque?

To fill in a CIBC cheque you should write:

1. the date in the top right corner
2. the name of the third party (payee or recipient) on the Pay to the order of line
3. the sum next to the dollar sign and in words below the third party's name
4. check all the filled information
5. sign the cheque in the bottom right corner
6. if you desire, you can also fill out the memo section, for example, purchase of computer equipment
