What is the transit number for CIBC?
A transit number is a unique code set by a government agency for a financial institution in Canada.
The transit number of CIBS is 010.
Every CIBC Banking Centre has an additional 5-digit transit number (CIBCÂ branch ID).
You can find your CIBC branch number in one of the following ways:
- in My Accounts in the NetBank
- look at the second set of 5-digit numbers on the bottom of your cheque
- Google the transit number by the address of your CIBC Banking Centre
