BMO pre-authorized debit payment form

A customer can set up BMO pre-authorized debit payments in the following ways:

1. write VOID on your current check
2. fill in the PAD form from BMO Harris and send it to the counterparty with the void cheque, your account number, BMO institution, and branch numbers. This information can be found in My Accounts in online banking
